Sandy Days Counseling
Welcome. Bienvenidos.
Hello and welcome to Sandy Days Counseling.
My name is Anna Murphy and I offer telemental health services for individuals ages seven and older. I graduated summa cum laude from Adams State University with a master of arts degree in clinical mental health counseling. Since 2012, I have been helping school-age children in various academic settings, teaching Spanish and English. As a national certified counselor (NCC), licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC) and licensed professional educator (PEL), I am happy to be able to provide mental health services not only to children but also adults. Specializing in trauma-sensitive treatment, it is my joy to be able to assist in guiding you or your child to achieve a greater level of self-fulfillment. Schedule a free consultation today to learn more about services, or simply book a session and get started.

By the nature of finding this website, it is likely that you have already had a complex journey in life. You are doing great work.
You are putting in worthwhile time for yourself and your loved ones. At Sandy Days Counseling, I help individuals find acceptance and meaning in their lives in order to create lasting change. When we observe and learn to respect emotional or physical pain as a natural response to real (or imagined) stress, we have an improved capacity to heal. I am here to listen, explore, and help guide you through your journey to better health.
