Individual Sessions
At Sandy Days Counseling, I offer 50-minute therapy sessions at a rate of $125. This includes a mobile option for children who are local, as well as a telemental health option for adults who reside in the state of Colorado. If you or your child are simply looking to try therapy for the first time or just want to do a few sessions, this is a great option.

Long Term Therapy
Many individuals struggle with chronic health issues (that includes mental health issues) and you are not alone. This package deal makes it easier for individuals who know that they would benefit from weekly sessions but do not have the financial means to pay high rates out of pocket. It is important to me that I make my services accessible to individuals of varying socioeconomic backgrounds. This package provides the financial benefit of more than four sessions, saving you $550.
